System Requirements

We stream the multimedia files from our servers using the Microsoft format. In order to view the Diabetic Eye Disease: A Self-Guided Module slideshow, you must have Microsoft Media Player installed on your computer.

Please check your browser version and, if necessary, install the latest version to minimize problems. Microsoft Media Player comes with Microsoft Operating Systems, so installing the latest browser ensures the best compatibility with current multimedia technology:

1. Internet Explorer 5 (or higher): Install newest version of IE
2. Windows Media Player version 7.0 or later: Install the newest version of Windows Media Player
3. MAC users: Download the Windows Media Player for the MAC OS

Quick Tips

• Close all other programs on your computer except for your Web browser
• Volume: Make sure your volume is turned up
• Check with your system administrator to see if you have the necessary requirements.
