DESCRIPTION:

IT Software Systems Support:

The contractor shall provide Software Support and Maintenance Service in accordance with the manufacturer's latest established service procedures, to include telephone access to technical support for use of program software and trouble shooting of the operating systems, at no additional cost to the Government. Defective software shall be replaced at no additional cost to the government. Software upgrades shall be provided at no extra cost to the government. The contractor shall provide technical support hot-line number for telephonic trouble shooting during normal working hours, or as specified in the quote, whichever is greater.
